I work with coaches, therapists and creatives who want to grow online but get stuck along the way. You overthink the caption. You refine the offer one more time. You plan the launch instead of doing it. There's usually a real reason underneath all that motion, and I help you find it, often before you can name it yourself. Then we work on the release together.
What we actually work on
Most visibility advice stops at strategy. Post more, be consistent, show your face. You've heard all of it. It was never the problem.
The problem usually lives a layer down, and it's different for everyone. For some people it's a fear of being seen and then judged. For others it's a habit of pulling back the moment something starts to work. Sometimes it's the belief that needing help means you've failed, or that being known means being exposed.
Either way, that's where we work: the thing underneath that makes being seen feel like a risk worth avoiding.

About Marissa
Twenty years in personal branding, therapy, neuroscience and tech. A TV show, a couple of books, a few awards along the way. BSc in journalism & PR and psychology, MSc in applied neuropsychology. Accredited hypnosis and life coaching trainer.
She was the youngest therapist in Estonia to host a national psychological TV show (The Hypnotist, two seasons). Estonia's Best Wedding Photographer 2013. National home chef champion, 2011.
